Welcome to the Ormond Community Kindergarten. We are a community based kindergarten located in Ormond, Victoria.
The Kindergarten aims to provide excellent quality education, to foster a sense of well being and growth in all areas of human development. We achieve this by encouraging our children to become enthusiastic learners with a thirst for knowledge by following our play based learning philosophy. It is through play that children learn to solve problems, develop lateral thinking, enhance their social skills and have fun.
Teachers at the Kindergarten offer a variety of play exercises to encourage the children to immerse themselves in creative play. It is through this play that children develop a rich and varied learning experience.
Our Mission
To provide quality and accessible early childhood learning in a safe, educational and supportive environment which is responsive to the needs of our children and their families from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
