Behaviour Management

The behaviour management approach of this kindergarten focuses on encouragement and positive reinforcement of appropriate behaviour. We recognise the critical impact of self esteem on children’s development and our behaviour management strategies will always be consistent with our aim to foster self esteem in children. The kindergarten believes that setting limits for behaviour is important for safety and protection of children, others and the environment. Parents are encouraged to raise any concern with or seek assistance from staff in relation to behaviour management.
